The DV8 Offroad Half Doors were designed with function and customization in mind. Manufactured from 3/16” plate steel combined with a .160 wall round tube that is precision cut and bent then welded to produce a strong, rigid, and lightweight trail door that is designed to mount in the factory position with little to no modifications required. Protecting the doors is a multi-stage textured powder coat including UV and corrosion-resistant additives, that can be mounted as is or sanded down and painted to match. The aluminum screens are removable and can be painted, or you can retain the aluminum finish. The doors feature anti-rattle gaskets all the way around the door, and a two-stage locking mechanism for a secure fit and side mirrors are included with the doors.
