Easy to install once old mirror removed. Worked great on my 2007 Subaru Impreza 2.5i - OEM Quality - Mirror motor worked great. Looked exactly like the original. Installation can be a bummer if the screws are rusted in place. Had to use a drill with a drill bit for metal (not wood drilling bit) to drill out the old screws.
