In order to adapt to the model and extend the service life, It's strongly recommended professional installation! ***Due to the models difference, please confirm the 7 GROOVE PULLEYS , and the coil size for this product's accessories fit. Package includes: 1x coil stator (inner diameter = 42mm / 1-5/8”) 1x pulley (bearing inner diameter = 35mm / 1-3/8”) 3x shims (11.2mm*6.5mm*0.2mm) 1x M6*17.5mm 12.9 Upgrade bolt 1X Standard shaft with elastic ring φ 42 1X Standard shaft with elastic ring φ 35 1X M6x17.5mm 12.9 flange bolts 3X Stainless steel Clutch clearance pad 11.2x6.5x0.3 Installation tips： Tip 1：You need some tools, M10 Socket, a Rubber hammer, and Snap ring pliers. Tip 2: There has a base on the one side of the coil, it needs to align to the hole shown below. When you install the big snap ring for the coil shaft, please make sure it is fully embedded in the ring groove. Hit the snap ring with a screwdriver, and hear "ka", then hit it in a different position. Pull the coil firmly, there should be no looseness. Tip 3: Try to install the pulley with a soft hammer or professional tool. Install the snap ring like tip 2. Tip 4: The pressure plate needs to keep a 0.3-0.6mm clearance with the pulley. It would be better if you have a clearance ruler. Tip 5: After installation, please connect the power supply to test the magnets and pressure plate. Let me start by saying this is a great alternative if your clutch solenoid has gone bad and you don't want to replace the whole compressor just for a broken solenoid. This will only work if your compressor has not been compromised.there a 2 things to take into consideration if you own a 2013 Tacoma like i do.1. I own a 2013 Toyota Tacoma and let me say depending of what year your vehicle is that's how easy this job might be. In my case i think i have the hardest one because i seen some videos on YouTube showing how to replace this part and for some reason they had tons of room between compressor and fan , they even have enough room to fit a impact and crack the middle clutch bolt loose. My 2013 Tacoma only have about 2- 2 1/2 clearance between the compressor and fan , it was just enough to fit my 3/8 ratchet with a 8MM shallow socket. The hardest part would be taking the snap rings out of the shaft since your hands would have to be inside the gap of radiator fan that's the only way to do it, there is no other way. hands will be inside fan almost touching the radiator to get this job done with that same year 2013 Tacoma. Make sure you save your factory spacer from the old clutch pressure plate. The ones that came with this unit were not enough to give me the gap needed , keep that in mind this is CRITICAL .2. The positive bullet connector that comes preinstall with this kit is way to small for my application , what i did was cut the original and solder into the new oneif you have the patience and knowledge to carry this job right you will be saving around 350 - 400 dollars depending on where you live.Got my A/C blowing ice cold again with this Texas heat.
