These are crazy easy to install, if you know what you are doing. I had to route the wire through my bars, but it was easy as i used the old blinker wire as a fishing wire and pulled it through. I then cut the wire harness and spliced in the new diode that this came with. Easy one to one connections. The only issue i ran into was where the wire comes out of the mirror stem, there is a cut half way up and that cut is razor sharp and ended up cutting the wire on both of my mirrors. I had to solder them back together, but was able to get them working and love the look. These are on my 2010 FXDF (Dyna Fat Bob).
