I had been using ordinary microfiber towels to clean my car's windows and always noticed what looked like small pieces of lint left behind. Well, that's exactly what it was! I discovered there is such a thing as lint-free microfiber towels and ordered some. They made a big difference. Also the diamond pattern on this product, I'm told, is a plus in that it increases the suface area and absorbency. I'm probably going to order another pack and keep them in the car at all times. It's amazing sometimes what we don't know that we don't know!These greatly step up your glass cleaning game. No lint left on windows that gets lit up by the morning and evening sun anymore!If you’re cleaning the outside of dirty windows, don’t use these for the first pass. Use a different microfiber to clean the glass, and then follow up with one of these towels for your second pass/final wipe (that way you the towels don’t get chewed up by dirt and debris).This is the best microfiber cloth for cleaning windows. Do NOT throw them in with other rags or towels for cleaning otherwise they will clog up with lint from other rags and towels and will be useless. I separate my microfiber cloths and hand wash them with Dawn Dish soap and hang them up to dry or use low heat in the dryer and they continue to work just like when they were new!Just what I needed!These rags are literally MAGIC!! I have a cabin cleaning company and all the girls love these! they are streak free!!! We use them on appliances as well! Makes the windows shine and SPOTLESS...All you do is get add water no windex saves money! The absorbency is awesome ? and the value of these are such a great steal! Great product.Overall I like the diamond weave microfiber.I went for the blue towel because it would be easier to see shedding against dark tinted windows. That said, I do think it sheds a bit much for my liking; especially when you are working with glass.I am a auto detailer and I do glass sealants on clients vehicles. After polishing and cleaning the glass to prepare for the sealant, I find it pretty annoying and time consuming to wipe an area over and over to clean up the little fiber bits; I wouldn't want to leave those on the glass and seal over them.Also if the microfiber is bone dry and you go to use it right out of the bag, I find the towel to be a bit "grabby" on the glass surface.You would think it would just glide right over and smooth out any streaks that maybe left behind but it doesn't. It's a good towel but I would recommend washing it first to dislodge any loose fibers and drying on the lowest heat setting possible; high heat damages the fibers, Also I recommend wetting the towel first and ringing out as much water as you can before starting. It seems crazy a wet/ damp towel can soak up water but detailers do it all the time. I just thought as silky smooth this towel felt, it would soak up solution and water and still glide across the surface. other then that I found the towel to be of decent construction and with proper care it should last you a long time. Would recommend!These towels are supposed to be a premium glass towel, yet I did not enjoy using them. They have a snakeskin like feel to them and don’t seem absorbent at all, they are grabby when sliding on the glass too, yet they do leave it clean. Maybe after a few uses they will feel better, but my first impression isn’t greatI have bought many towels/rags/cloths/microfiber in the past to try and clean my windshield with zero streaks.These towels are incredible. Just use one to wipe off your glass cleaning product and then go over it with another one that is dry.The results were definitely amazing and have been the easiest towels to use thus far.These towels do absorb windows cleaner quite well. That's the only positive thing I can say. It drags the towel. It doesn't glide on smooth like waffle weaves glass towel. It also leaves behind tons of lint. So I ended up having to go over it again with more cleaner and with another MF towel. Will not order these again.They're great for windows and i like using them for interior leather / trim too because they don't leave microfiber fluff all over the place. They get soaked pretty quick but wring out easily.No matter if it’s for your house or your car, it works awesome on windows as well as any chrome finishes. Wouldn’t ever use any other towel again. Hands down best for the job.
