The mirrors were packed very well. Surrounded by styrofoam and each mirror was in a soft bag. They fit perfectly, although i did re-use the factory bolts. All of the functions worked, turn signal, heater, puddle light but they worked on my factory mirrors too so i wasnt expecting any problems. The wiring connectors were plug and play. No additional work needed to be done to them. They did wobble ever so slightly but i purchased the support mounts for them and after those were installed the mirrors were rock solid. These are very good quality for the price you pay. My only complaint would be that the joint where they swivel is a little loose. This may cause some wobbling in high winds but other than that i would definitely purchase these again.Easy to install value for moneyI enjoy these mirrors the feel of quality for the price, the installation is easy enough, the ability to actually use them is good. Over all i enjoy how my truck looks and functions with them.Very niceFit perfectly on my 2011 Ram 1500. Very satisfied!Installation is very easy. However, the light does not turn onI really like these mirrors and how they look on the truck! The ONLY reason I give 4 stars is because of how close everything seems to be. It's taken some getting used to and it's not horrible. But it's is different for sure! Another thing to note is that if you did not previously have lights on your mirrors you will have to use access your computer to activate the lights.
